Past performance of an investment does not guarantee future results, and the current performance may be either lower or higher than the previously quoted data. The investment return and principal value are subject to fluctuation, meaning that when shares are sold or redeemed, their worth could be either more or less than the original cost.

Unlike mutual funds, ETF shares are bought and sold at market price, which may be higher or lower than their net asset value (NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the Fund.

Market Price is the price at which the Fund’s shares are trading on the NYSE Arca, Inc. (NYSE Arca) and NAV Price is total assets less total liabilities divided by the number of shares outstanding. You may incur brokerage commissions when buying and selling shares on an exchange or through your financial intermediary, which may reduce returns. NAV prices are used to calculate market price performance prior to the date when the fund first traded on the NYSE Arca. Since shares of the Fund did not trade in the secondary market until after the Fund inception (5/14/25), for the period from inception to the first day of secondary trading (5/15/25), the NAV of the Fund is used as a proxy for the market price to calculate market returns. Market price is determined using the midpoint between the bid/ask spread (highest price that a buyer is willing to pay for an asset and the lowest price that a seller is willing to accept to sell it).

The median bid-ask spread is calculated by identifying national best bid and national best offer ("NBBO") for the Fund as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days, or since the listing date of each Fund if shorter, and dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the NBBO. The median of those values is identified and posted on each business day.

Market returns are based upon the closing price or the midpoint of the bid/ask spread, as applicable, at the time when the Fund’s NAV is determined (normally 4:00 p.m. Eastern time), and do not represent the returns you would receive if you traded shares at other times. In the event this is not available, the midpoint between the highest bid and the lowest offer on the listing exchange is used.

Performance reflects cumulative total returns for periods of less than one year and average annual total returns for periods of greater than one year. Since inception returns for periods of less than one year are cumulative.

Premium/Discount is the percent difference between the Market price and the NAV price. There is no guarantee you will receive the stated Premium/Discount and additional fees may result from individual broker fees and transaction costs in the secondary market. The Fund is subject to management fees and other expenses. The trading prices of the Fund’s shares in the secondary market generally differ from the Fund’s daily NAV and are affected by market forces such as supply and demand, economic conditions and other factors. There can be no guarantee that an active trading market for ETF shares will develop or be maintained, or that their listing will continue or remain unchanged. While the shares of ETFs are tradable on secondary markets, they may not readily trade in all market conditions and may trade at significant discounts in periods of market stress.
